Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 pkgs Ramen Noodles, Oriental flavor (uncooked)
    1/2 c slivered almonds
    1/2 c sunflower seeds, hulled and unsalted
    1 16 oz pkg coleslaw

    Dressing:
    1/2 c canola oil
    2 T cider vinegar
    2 t sugar
    1 t black pepper
    4 chopped green onion tops
    Both Ramen seasoning packets

Directions

Using a large spoon or kitchen mallet, hit package of dry Ramen noodles into bite sized pieces. Toss with seeds, nuts, and coleslaw. Mix dressing ingredients together and toss with coleslaw mix. Make right before serving. Does not store well as the noodles get soggy.

*If you want to have leftovers hold out the noodles and don't mix in the dress. Combine all ingredients in small portions as needed.
