    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 15-oz can
    Swiss Chard, 4 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 medium
    Turkey breast meat, 4 ounces
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Chicken Broth, .3 cup
    salt and pepper


Rinse chickpeas.
Chop veggies.
Brown meat and add veggies.
Add broth and let simmer until cooked. Season to taste.
