    1 lb, chicken breasts, cut into strips
    .5 cup lime juice
    .25 cup honey
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 cloves garlice, chopped
    1 inch piece ginger root, peels and chopped
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    pinch of crush red pepper


Combine all of the ingredients except the chicken. Put in a large ziplock bag. Add the chicken and marinate for 1-2 hours, but no longer. The lime juice will start to cook the chicken, and leave it with an odd texture.

Cook the fingers in the broiler or grill for 5 minutes on each side.
