Healthy Banana nut bread that is low fat and delicious Healthy Banana nut bread that is low fat and delicious
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    1c whole wheat flour
    1c all purpose flour
    1tsp baking soda
    1tsp baking powder
    1/4c sugar
    1/4c brown sugar
    2 eggs
    3 small ripe bananas
    1 4 oz cup yoplait fiber one vanilla
    1 4oz cup cinnamon apple sauce
    1/4c walnuts (optional) Less calories and fat if left out

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients togather in a bowl. Mix all wet ingredients and sugar in mixer. Add dry to wet gradually. Spray loaf pan pour in batter and bake at 350. make one large loaf 60 min.
