Introduction

Number of Servings: 60

Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 1.5 cup
    Beef chuck, 500 grams
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2 small whole (2-2/5" dia)
    Tomato Paste, 60 grams
    Salt, 2 tsp
    *Mace, 3 tsp
    Sunflower Oil, 1.4 cup

Directions

Slice it all, then mix it together (except the oil).
Place the oil in a pan, heat it, then take a spoon size from our mix, place it easy into the oil (take care and safety distance not to be burned by the oil).
Fill the pan as done in the step above.
Wait till each piece has a light moderate brown color, then flip it so the other side can be done the same way.
