Ingredients

    Broccoli, fresh, 6 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Pacific Natural Foods Natural Free Range Chicken Broth, 4 cups
    *Beans | Progresso | Cannellini White Kidney Beans, 1 lg can
    Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

Cook veggies in the broth, season to taste. When cooked through, puree in a blender in batches or use an immersion blender until smooth. Add water if the soup is too thick.

    Very Good
    I made this soup for dinner last night. I thought it was delicious, but my family didn't. I will make this again just for myself. - 12/16/09
