    Ingredients:
    *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 3 lbs
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) thinly sliced
    Garlic, 1 clove minced
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 cans or 3 medium peeled, seeded, chopped
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
    Truvia Natural Sweetener, 1 serving
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Cloves, ground, 1/8 tsp
    Cornstarch, 2 teaspoons
    Cinnamon, ground, 1/8 tsp


Directions

Makes 4 servings

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In 12 inch skillet, broun chicken in cooking oil about 15 minutes. Add onion and garic; cook 5 minutes more. Add tomatoes, lemon juice, Truvia, salt, oregano, cinnamon, cloves, and 1/2 cup water. Cover; simmer 30 to 35 minutes or till chicken is tender. Remove chicken to platter, keep warm. Measure pan juices; add water to make 2 cujps. Return to skillet. Combine cornstarch and 2 tablespoons cold water; add to skillet. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Spoon some sauce overf chicken; pass remainder
