Introduction
Homemade Soup. This is something my husband through together one day. I would have used 2 lbs of ground turkey except I just didn't have two pounds. That is why it is 1 lb ground turkey and 1 lb ground chuck. Serving size I am not really sure on how to calculate. I just estimated one cup servings and there were a total of 12 cups. You should get like a cup of soup for the servings. I am kinda new at this so any suggestions are welcomed Homemade Soup. This is something my husband through together one day. Ingredients
-
3 Package of Beef Ramen Noodle
2 Cans of Mixed Vegetables
6 Cups of V8 Low Sodium
1 Lb of Ground Chuck
1 Lb of Ground Turkey
2 Cans of Tomato Sauce
Directions
Cook meat. Then add everything else in. Cook for about on hour on medium heat.
Should make like 12 One Cup Servings. Like I said kinda new so this might not be really accurate. We are a family of 4 and usually eat on this for abput 2 1/2 days. This is also something that is good to freeze and reheat. Any ideas or helpful tips are appreciated. On my soups I perfer them to be thicker. So if you want it more soup like than you may want to add more V8 or tom sauce.
thanks
