    2 Cups Lentils
    1.25 Cup Buckwheat/Cracked Wheat
    4 Cups Chicken Broth
    4.5 Cups Tomato Sauce
    12.95 oz Chicken Breast (no bones or skin)
    Fresh Italian Herbs to Taste (I used onion and garlic powder, fresh basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme from the garden)


Combine all ingredients in a crockpot, cook until chicken is done, lentils are cooked through and the wheat has soaked up a lot of liquid.
