Introduction

Although it's called Burrito Pie, it's really more like Tostada Pie. Although it's called Burrito Pie, it's really more like Tostada Pie.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs lean ground beef
    1/4 C Onion, chopped
    2 tsp Ground Red Pepper
    1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
    1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
    6 10" Tortilla Shells
    8 Tbs Chunky Salsa
    3 oz Sliced Black Olives
    2 C Shredded Sharp Cheddar
    3 1/2 C Fat-free Refried Beans

Directions

Makes 2 Pies
Preheat oven to 350 F
Brown ground beef with chopped onion, garlic, and peppers
Drain fat
Return to pan
Add beans
Reduce to medium low heat

Spray fry pan with fat free cooking spray
Fry each tortilla and set aside

On cookie sheet layer tortilla, beef and been mix, 1/3 C cheese
Top last layer with sliced olives, and 4 Tbs salsa

Place in oven at 350 for 20 min
