Ingredients

    1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
    2 T butter
    2 cans cream of chicken soup, (Healthy Choice)
    1 onion finley diced
    1 10oz package reduced fat refrigerator biscuits

Directions

Place Chicken, butter, soup, onion, and any veggies of choice into crock pot, add enough water to cover. Cook 4-6 hours on high, about 90minutes before serving, place torn pieces of biscuit dough on top, cook until no longer raw.
