Ingredients

    4 Chicken Breasts (boneless)
    2 Cans corn
    1 Can black beans
    1 Jar (12oz?) salsa (favorite variety)
    Cheddar Cheese
    Brown Rice

Directions

Put chicken, corn, beans, and salsa in a crockpot on high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8 hours. Shred chicken breasts when done cooking. Serve over rice with cheese sprinkled on top.

Makes 10 half-cup servings (chicken only) - depending on how much rice you eat!
