MY HUSBAND AND KIDS WANTED LASAGNA BUT DIDN'T HAVE ALL THE INGREDIENTS SO I CAME UP WITH THIS..... MY HUSBAND AND KIDS WANTED LASAGNA BUT DIDN'T HAVE ALL THE INGREDIENTS SO I CAME UP WITH THIS.....

Ingredients

    ***you will need an 8' x 12' baking dish of your preference***
    * 1-2lbs of ground beef
    * 1-2 cups of elbow noodles
    * 1 8oz. cheddar cheese (block)
    * 1 8oz. bag of four cheese mexican blend
    * 1- 2 cans of tomato sauce or paste
    *********************************************************
    1- brown the ground beef and drain the greese off
    2- boil the elbow noodles in water & drain
    (optional to add oil or salt for tenderness and taste)
    3- mix the ground beef and elbow noodles together with the tomato sauce/paste(season to your taste)
    4- make 1 layer of beef mixture, then make a layer of sliced cheese, then another layer of beef mixture, finally top with shreaded cheese . you may sprinkle some parmesan on top of shreadded cheese

    bake in oven @ 300 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until ccheese is melted (middle & top)
