This smoothie is very filling and high in protein. This smoothie is very filling and high in protein.
Number of Servings: 4


    2 Cups Silk Soy Milk
    2 Scoops Whey Proetin Powder - any flavor
    1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
    1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
    4 tsp Splenda


Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
