Ingredients

    6 Cups of Trader Joe's 1% Fat Organic Milk
    170 Grams Dannon Plain Nonfat Yogurt
    69 Grams of Giant Instant Nonfat Dry Milk

Directions

Mix 6 cups (1.5 quart) of 1% milk with 69 grams of instant nonfat dry milk. Heat mixture to 190 degrees Fahrenheit for five minutes. Cool mixture to 110-115 degrees Fahrenheit. Add 1 cup of mixture to 170 grams of plain yogurt and mix thoroughly for a starter. Add starter back to rest of milk and mix thoroughly. Incubate mixture using a yogurt maker for 10.5 hours. Refrigerate jars for 3-4 hours. Enjoy!
