Red Cabbage
Beets
Radishes
Carrots
Celery
a few spears of asparagus
6 TBS of Mayo or to taste or use your favorite organic ranch dressing.
Directions
Combine these vegetables after shredding them in a food processor or mincing them by hand. Add the mayo or dressing and combine thoroughly and enjoy!
