    1 large ripe mango
    1 red onion (about 1/2 cup chopped)
    1 large cucumber
    2 Tbs. Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar

Directions

Peel and chop mango
Add chopped red onion
Peel, seed, and chop cucumber
add about 2 Tbs. of rice vinegar to taste
