This is a spin from the old fashion meatloaf, but a lot healthier. This is a spin from the old fashion meatloaf, but a lot healthier.
Number of Servings: 4


    Take 1lb ground turkey, mix in 1 egg, spices (you can add whatever you like), crushed up wheat crackers or bread cups, no more than 1/2 cup. Form into a loaf and put into a deep baking dish or for individual "loafs" put into a muffin pan. covered at 350 for 45 minutes. The last 15 minutes uncover and coat the top with this mixture. Catsup, splenda brown sugar blend and 1 tsp of ground mustard. Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes. Once finished cooking remove from oven and ENJOY!


One pound of ground turkey will make about 4 servings.
