Ingredients

    1 lb. (450 grams) medium to large fresh Portobellos( if they are pinkish on the underside ribs they are they freshest)

    7 teaspoons(35ml.) Black bean sauce with garlic

    2 teaspooons (10 ml) Olive Oil

    Remove mushroom stems, rinse and pat dry.Combine black bean sauce and olive oil. Dip stem side of mushroom in black bean mixture. Brush a little bit of olive oil on mushroom cap. Put portobellos on a plate, stem side facing up. For a strong bean taste add remaining black bean mixture to stem side.Let mushrooms sit at room temperature about 1 hour.

Directions

Cook on BBQ or stove top grill on high heat for 3 minutes stem side up, then 2 minutes stem side down.

Serves four.
