One bunch broccolini washed and cut in two inch pieces
One clove garlic minced
One red onion diced coarsely
One tbsp olive oil
Five ounces raisins
Two tbsp pine nuts
Four tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
Heat olive oil and saute onions and broccolini with garlic till soft. Add raisins and pinenuts. Heat through. Add vinegar and cook another 30 sec. Serves 4
