This is a quick and easy dinner that is sure to please any salad lover, who has to have meat in every meal (like my family)! We have it on nights that I just decide that it is too hot to use the stove! :) This is a quick and easy dinner that is sure to please any salad lover, who has to have meat in every meal (like my family)! Ingredients

    1 bag of Dole Salad Mix, 8 servings size
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
    12 hardboiled eggs, chopped
    1 Tyson Beef Pot Roast

Directions

I did this as 6 servings, which makes 1 serving approximately 373grams. With 27 grams of protein and 270 calories per serving, you can't beat it for quick and easy! You just cook the roast per the package instructions. Let it cool and then shred it up. Toss all of these ingredients together and either eat it just like this or use it as a base to add your own ingredients!
