Ingredients

    I can't believe it's not butter light
    4 cups raw zucchini
    4 cups raw summer squash
    6 Tbsp. lime salsa (from Sam's Club) or more if you want
    1 cup chopped green onions/scallions
    basil


Directions

Melt butter substitute in skillet, ad sliced zucchini & squash and sautee. Add chopped green onions and basil and continue sauteeing. Add lime salsa. Continue simmering until squash is tender. Makes 3 1-cup servings. (It shrinks)
