Ingredients

    1.25 cups water
    3 Tbls. organic olive oil
    1 tsp. sea salt
    3 cups organic all purpose flour
    1 cup organic whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. fast rise yeast

Directions

add ingredients in order given. make sure you mix your flour toghether well before adding. make shallow hole in flour add yeast. set machine to dough setting. should take 1.5 hrs. if dough is to dry after the fist couple min. add small tsp water. when machine turns off punch down dough and remove.kead a few times, very few, let rest 10 min before rolling. split into 2 balls. roll on lightly floured surface. oil pan before putting dough on. will make 2, 12in.-16in. pizzas. top as you would any other pizza. veggies ,cheese ,ect. bake 400 15 to 20 min.
