Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    3.5 cups Flour
    1.5 tbsp baking powder
    2 tbsp Canola oil
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup water
    1 cup skim milk

Directions

Mix all ingredients and knead into dough.

Divide into 9 round biscuit shapes. Bake at 350 for about 20-30 minutes.
