Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1lb steak (I used Top Sirloin)
    4Tbs terriyaki sauce
    4 green onions
    3tsp oil
    1 clove garlic
    1/4tsp crushed red pepper
    2 red peppers, thinly sliced

Directions

Thinly slice steak, toss with 1Tbs Terriyaki sauce-set aside. Slice green onion white and light green parts into one inch pieces, reserve tops thinly sliced for garnish. Heat 2 tsp oil on med-high, add garlic, & crushed red pepper cook 1 min. Add green onions, red pepper slices, 2 tbs water, cook 4-5 min until peppers are tender stir frequently. Transfer to bowl & keep warm. In same skillet, heat 1tsp oil, cook beef just until no longer pink, add to pepper mixture. Add 3 Tbs terriyaki to skillet, cook 30 seconds, pour over meat and peppers.
