Introduction

My dad loved slow cooking meals and used his crock pot often. He would make this on Sundays and take the leftovers to work for lunch during the week. My dad loved slow cooking meals and used his crock pot often. He would make this on Sundays and take the leftovers to work for lunch during the week.

2. Put chicken in the crock pot, layered with the red onion and pour the bottle of barbecue sauce over and mix.
4. Cook on"low" for 6-8 hours The chicken soaks up more of the flavor when cooked longer.
