Ingredients


    1 Medium Beet, finally shredded
    Olive Oil, 4 1tsp
    Flour, white, .75 cup
    Flour, whole grain, .75 cup
    cardamon, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    2 TB water

Directions

Mix all ingredients (except 2 tsp of the olive oil) into a smooth dough. Add additional water cautiously if needed.

Split into 9 pieces and flatten into flat discs. Cook on both sides in the remaining olive oil.
