Ingredients

    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)
    * Broccoli, fresh, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing, 3 tbsp (remove)
    * Almonds, .33 cup, ground (remove)
    * Butter Croissant, 1 croissant, 8 serving (remove) I like light

Directions

I like a chicken broccoli braid I make.
1 can of chicken (or cooked chicken shaved)
1 cup chopped broccoli (uncooked)
1/8 light Miracle Whip
1/8 Sour cream Light
(you can replace the Miracle whip with mayo, yogurt or light sour cream or blend.)
1/4 cup almonds
2-4 low fat Croissants
Mix the top 4 ingredient together

Make a base with 2 croissants and lay the mixed ingredients on top. Pile high. Lay two more croissants on top to make like a pocket sandwich. It will not cover the middle but should cover all the edges.

Do a egg wash on top for browning.
Cook 30 -40 min. It is one of my favorite meals.

My husband adds 1/4 cup cheese in his and a little on top.
