Ingredients

    2lb Pot Roast
    3 medium potatos (peeled and cut to your choice)
    4 celery stalks (cut to your choice)
    3 cups of water
    spices of your choice

Directions

Peel and cut potatoes and celery.
Brown 2lb pot roast in a pan w/ olive oil
Throw everything into the crock pot with water and your choice of spices.
Cook for about 6-8 hours.
30 minutes before cooking is complete, cut squash and add to crock pot.
Serve and enjoy.
