    Bush's, Black Beans, 1.5 cup (15oz can rinsed)
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Pace Chunky Medium Salsa, 0.50 cup
    Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, .125 tsp (1/8 tsp)
    Pinto Beans (Generic Brand), 1.75 cup (15.5 oz can rinsed)
    Chili Beans, generic brand, 1.75 cup (15.5 oz can rinsed)
    Mexican Fiesta Diced Tomatoes, 1.75 cup (15.5 oz can)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (8oz can)


1. Drain and rinse the cans of beans.
2. In a 4-5 quart crockpot, combine all ingredients.
3. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours until mixture is blended and thickened.
4. Serve with sour cream and/or grated cheese if desired (though not figured into calorie count).
5. Makes 6-8 servings.
