Ingredients

    4 or 5 Hot Italian sausages
    1 28 oz can Stewed tomatoes
    1 can of tomato sauce
    1 cup each of celery, green peppers, onions
    (you can add any veg to this )
    Beef broth 6 cups
    1 tsp basil
    1 tsp oregano
    2 cups pasta

Directions

place broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce, spices, meat, veggies into a large pot and bring to a boil - simmer for hours. Cook pasta seperately. I like to add the pasta to each bowl and then add the soup - this freezes well, but the pasta doesn't stay firm if frozen.
