Ingredients

    Peppers, sweet, raw, sliced, 1 large
    Red Potato, about 5, chopped with skins
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Apples, fresh, 1 large, chopped with skins
    Sauerkraut, 1 small package, drained
    Hillshire Farm Polska Kielbasa, 1 package, sliced
    Garlic, 3 cloves chopped
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, large, separated into florets
    water, 2 tbsp

Directions

In large skillet over medium-high heat, simmer water and cauliflower for 5 minutes, covered. Drain water. Add pepper, onion, potato, and stir-fry over medium-high heat for 5 minutes; add garlic and kielbasa and stir-fry for another 5 minutes or until potatoes start to indicate done-ness. Fold in apples and sauerkraut; stir-fry for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
