Delicious with baked tortilla chips, or just alone! Delicious with baked tortilla chips, or just alone!

Ingredients

    1 Can of Corn, drained and rinsed
    1 Can of Black Beans, drained and rinsed
    2 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
    Juice of 1 Lemon
    1.5 T chopped fresh Cilantro

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Makes 4 large servings. Serve with tortilla chips if desired.
