Had it as our Sunday dinner. Let it cook while we were at the baseball field. Was ready when we returned and it was amazing. My girls don't like mushrooms so I put peas instead. And instead of egg noodles we had it with white rice. - 9/23/09

    Very Good
Yummy yummy yummy I've got love in my tummy! It was sooo good I will definitely make again. I did add an onion, carrots and garlic. I also seared the pork and rubbed it down with a marinade but I always do that with my pork. I used three red potatoes and quartered them and put them in at the start - 6/10/12
