Ingredients

6 - 8- inch flour tortillas
1.5 cups green enchillada sauce
1 cup lite sour cream
1.5 cups shredded cheddar
1 cup salsa
1/4 cup mild green chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup (lite)
.5 chicken breast shredded
Directions
Mix salsa, sourcream, soup, green chilies, salsa, 1 cup cheese,.5 cup enchillada sauce in a bowl. Reserve 3/4 cup for the topping.
Mix chicken into the remaining mixture.
Dip tortillas in green enchillada sauce (use a large frypan)
Put on a plate. Add a large spoonful of mixture onto the tortilla. Roll it up and place in a casserole dish. ( you can spray the bottom of dish or put a thin layer of green enchillada sauce down first)
Roll all tortillas using up the mixture.
Pour reserved sauce mixture on top and sprinkle reserved shredded cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Uncover and bake for 10 more min. You can broil to brown cheese and crisp up the top but keep an eye on it!
Let cool 10 min. before serving. Serve with sour cream. Yum!
