Ingredients

    1 large cucumber - seeded
    1 cup fat free plain yogurt
    1 tsp minced garlic (more to taste)
    2 lbs ground turkey
    1/2 c mayonnaise
    2 t curry powder
    4oz crumbled feta cheese (another 2 oz for topping if desired)
    salt

    Toppings:
    Small red onion, sliced thin
    1-1 1/2 c spinach leaves
    Remaining feta cheese crumbles
    Cucumber dressing

    Serve on Whole Wheat buns

Directions

For enhanced flavor prepare cucumber dressing at least an hour ahead.
Cucumber dressing:
Peel cucumbers, cut in half long way and scoop out seeds.
Finely dice cucumbers, combined with yogurt and garlic. Add salt to taste.

For burgers:
Heat broiler to high
Stir together mayo and curry; set aside.
Combine turkey, 4 T mayo/curry mixture, 4 oz
feta cheese and 1/2 t salt. Shape into 1/2-inch thick
patties (4 per pound). Broil 4 inches away from broiler
11-13 minutes total; turn once.

Spread cucumber dressing on buns,
layer patties, onion, spinach and feta to serve!
