    Apples, fresh, 2 small (2-1/2" dia) Shredded with peel
    Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1/2 Cup
    Water, tap, 1/2 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry,1/2 cup
    Flaxseed, 1/2 cup
    Hodgson Mill Cracked Wheat Hot Cereal 1/4 cup dry
    Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Flour, 3/4 cup
    Walnuts, .1/2 cup, chopped
    Sugar Free Syrup, 2 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium


Mix ingredients in order over low heat in heavy saucepan stirring constatly, butter 10" round cake pan press in with wet wooden spoon. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
