    semi skimmed milk
    flour
    butter
    grated cheddar.mozzerlla and emental cheese
    minced beef
    tin chopped tomatoes
    tomato paste
    garlic
    basil
    onion
    lasagne sheets


Directions

melt butter
add flour
add milk in small amounts to make sauce
add all cheeses and simmer
fry mince,onion,garlic
add tomato paste and chopped tomatoes
layer bolognaise sauce between pasta sheets and top with cheese sauce and bake for about 40 mins 180f
