    I used steaks (leftovers!) baked without oil or salt, but if not cooked, bake for about 60 min, +or -, cut them into very thin strips, put in a skillet and added 1 C water with 2 low sodium chicken bullion cubes. Boil.

    Add 2T teryaki sauce, 1T lite soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 3 sugar sub. packets, and .5 tsp. garlic. Add vinegar. Boil while broccoli steams in separate skillet to desired tenderness. (boiling the meat in sauce also helps tenderize it, because mine was pretty tough before). In separate pan, cook 2 C instant brown rice. In 1/2 C water, add 1.5 T corn starch, mix well and add to boiling meat and sauce. Stir continuously for a few minutes till thickened. Drain broccoli and add together. Serve over rice!
