Ingredients

1 Pkg *Honeysuckle White Turkey Cutlets (5 cutlets per pack)
1 Medium Onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 servings Pam
juice of 1 lemon
*1 cup brown rice (see note)
2 1/2 cups Swanson FF 33% less sodium chicken broth
Salt (optional)
Black Pepper (optional)
Directions
RICE:
Bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the brown rice and simmer covered for 50 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
CHICKEN:
Heat the Pam in a large skillet. Add onions and garlic. Cook until soft. Add the turkey cutlets and cook until nice and golden brown on each side. Take off the heat and add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve over rice.
Goes very well with some nice steamed broccoli.
Makes 5 servings.
** Note: you can also sub out Lundberg Jubilee rice for the Brown
