Ingredients

    1 pkg stove top stuffing for chicken
    1 1/2 lbs extra lean ground beef
    1 onion
    1 egg
    3/4 cup water
    1 tbsp ol
    1 can beef gravy
    1/2 cup light sour cream

Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients together and shape into 6 patties

Heat oil in skillet on med-high heat.Add patties and cook 5 minutes on each side or until done. Meanwhile mix gravy and sour cream together.

Pour gravy over meat, bring to a boil;cover. Simmer on low for 5 minutes

Can be served over hot noodles or your favorite side dish. and add any veggie of your choice.
