Ingredients

    tomato (1-2 slices, depending on size of tomato)
    toasted white bread (2 slices)
    sprinkle of garlic
    sprinkle of Italian herbs
    sprinkle of ground white pepper (fresh ground is best) or regular pepper
    regular mayonnaise (as little as possible)

Directions

Toast the bread, spread thinly with mayo. Slice tomato and sprinkle with spices/herbs. Close sandwich and eat.
