Ingredients

    3 Pork Chops
    1 Bell Pepper
    10-15 Baby Carrots
    1/2 Pkg. of California Style Mixed Vegetables
    1 slice onion
    1 1/3 cup water
    1/2 cup Brown Rice

Directions

Spray with pan with Pam; layer rice, bell pepper slices, carrots, mixed veggies, and onions broken into rings; then lay the pork chops on top and sprinkle with 1/2 rosemary. Pour water over everything and cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately an hour and a half. Serves 3

    Very Good
    I browned the pork chops a little on each side before adding to the dish. I also added about 1/4 tsp of garlic powder and 1/8 tsp each of black pepper and cayenne pepper. I will make this again. It was very easy and quick to put together. Very good. - 4/1/21
