Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3-4 # pork loin roast w/ some rib bones
    1 can pineapple, undrained 20 oz
    2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz ea)
    1/2 cup onion, sliced thin
    1/2 cup green pepper, sliced thin
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    2 TBS Worchestershire Sauce
    1/4 cup tomato paste
    1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

Put pork in crock pot.
Mix all other ingredients.
Pour over pork.

Cook 8-10 hours on low.
