Ingredients

    1 large head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces (about 8 cups)
    4 oz. shredded swiss cheese
    1 c. cashews
    1/4 c. craisins
    1 apple, cubed
    1 pear, cubed

Directions

In large serving bowl, combine all salad ingredients; toss to mix. Use your favorite dressing or top with lemon poppy seed dressing. Makes approximately 12 servings.
