Ingredients

    *Okra, frozen, cooked, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
    Shrimp, cooked, 3 oz (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup (remove)
    Stewed Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 cup (remove)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .50 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Louis Rich Turkey Smoked Sausage, 100 grams (remove)
    Onion chopped 1 cup
    Olive Oil 1tbs


Directions

Saute onions, and sausage in oil add okra and spices, add all other ingridients except shrimp. simmer for about 20 minutes on low heat until flavors are blended.. Add shrimp and simmer 5 minutes. serve over rice. (not included in ingredients)
