Ingredients

    1/4 Cup Egg Beaters
    1 slice Great Value Fat Free Turkey Breast from WalMart
    1/4 cup fresh mushrooms, diced
    15 grams Weight Watchers Natural Mexican Style Shredded Cheese
    2 second spray Great Value 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Directions

Dice turkey breast slice
Weigh out 15 grams of shredded cheese
Dice Mushrooms
Spray non-stick small omlet pan with Olive Oil Spray
Turn on burner to medium high and let olive oil get hot
Pour in 1/4 cup of Egg Beaters
Salt and pepper to taste
Add turkey breast, mushrooms, and cheese and scramble together until done to consistency of your choosing.
Serves one.
