Ingredients

    1 Cup Raisins, Packed
    1 cup Dates,pitted, chopped
    5 tsp Baking Soda
    2 Cups Boiling Water
    1/2 cup Butter, unsalted
    1/2 cup Canola Oil
    2 cup Granulated Sugar
    4 large Eggs, beaten
    1 quart Buttermilk, lowfat
    1 tbsp Salt
    5 cups Flour whole grain
    4 cups (Kellogg's All-Bran Buds Cereal)
    2 cups Kellogg's Complete Wheat Bran Flakes Cereal

Directions

Mix raisins, dates and soda. Let cool.
add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Bake what you need at 375 for 25 min. in muffin cups in a muffin tin.
