Introduction

Ingredients

    1TBS sunflower oil
    1T garlic chopped
    1T Sesame seeds
    1t Ginger Seasoning
    1t Lemon pepper seasoning
    1/2t cayenne pepper or a whole raw pepper seeds removed
    2 boneless skinless chicken thighs chopped (6oz.)
    1/2C onion chopped
    1 Carrot chopped
    1 stalk celery chopped
    1 green onion chopped
    1C cooked brown rice
    1/2C scrambled egg beaters
    1/2C mushrooms cooked
    3T soy sauce






Directions

To make it easy to put together cut up the vegtables and chicken ahead of time place in plastic bags and refrigerate.
Put the oil and five seasonings in the fry pan.
Add chicken, onion, green onion, carrot, and celery.
Saute on medium heat till the chicken is cooked.
Add the brown rice, egg, mushrooms & soy sauce.
Stir and cook till hot.
Makes two servings
