    Ground Turkey - lean
    Turkey Italian Sausage
    1/4 cup onion
    tbsp minced onion
    tsp celery salt
    2 tsp garlic powder
    tsp black pepper
    tsp garlic salt
    can of 98% fat free cream of mushroom
    1-2 oz. of whole wheat spaghetti


This is all stove top!

1. Heat water for 1-2 oz. of whole wheat spaghetti and cook to tenderness desired.
2. Put EVO (olive oil) in pan to heat
3. Mix 4 oz ground turkey with 2 oz. italian sausage turkey, 1/4 cup onion, tbsp minced onion, tsp garlic powder, tsp black pepper, and tsp garlic salt. (add more mushrooms if desire)
3. Brown up meat mix
4. Drain spaghetti, use same pan to heat up cream of mushroom soup, add water to denseness of soup desired
5. Add spaghetti to cooked meat mixture
6. Add heated soup to mixture and bring to med-hi heat for 2 minutes - keep mixing so nothing sticks to pan
7. Can serve and enjoy with almond slivers, etc.
